Product-specific warranty
The warranty period and coverage stated on the product page, quotation or invoice apply to that product. If no separate period is stated, contact Buspray before purchase for written confirmation.
Covered defects
An accepted warranty claim generally covers a verified manufacturing or material defect. Buspray may inspect, repair or replace the affected item or provide another reasonable remedy.
Not covered
Warranty does not cover consumable wear, incorrect installation, wrong wire/gas/nozzle selection, blocked passages, contamination, corrosion, accident, unauthorized modification, inadequate maintenance or operation outside the product manual and rated conditions.
Compatibility support
Before ordering spares, provide the equipment model, SKU/part number, wire size, fuel gas, photographs and required quantity. This helps our team identify the correct variant.
Safety and commissioning
Installation and operation must be performed by trained personnel using suitable PPE, ventilation and approved gas and electrical practices. Technical guidance does not replace the applicable manual, workplace risk assessment or local regulation.
