Ready-stock dispatch
Most listed items are maintained as ready stock, subject to final stock, payment and technical verification. Dispatch information and tracking are shared after the parcel is handed to the carrier.
India delivery
India orders are normally delivered in approximately 3 business days after dispatch. Remote locations, restricted-service areas, weather and carrier conditions may require additional time.
International delivery
International orders are normally delivered in approximately 5 business days after dispatch. This estimate excludes customs examination, import permits, duty payment and destination-country clearance.
Courier and shipping charge
Orders are shipped by air using DHL, FedEx or another suitable tracked carrier. Customers may enter a preferred courier at checkout; when no preference is provided, Buspray selects the available carrier. Shipping charges are calculated from destination, chargeable weight and quantity and are displayed before payment.
Customs, duties and documentation
The buyer is responsible for destination-country import duties, taxes, brokerage, permits and customs requirements unless agreed otherwise in writing. Customs delays do not change the product price or make the seller responsible for local clearance. The customer must provide accurate name, address, phone, email and import details.
Risk, inspection and delay
Tracking updates are provided by the carrier. Please inspect the parcel immediately and report damage, shortage or the wrong item within 48 hours with photographs or an unboxing video. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and Buspray is not responsible for delays outside its reasonable control.
