These Terms & Conditions govern purchases from Buspray, operated by Balaji Udyog, India. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Products and industrial use
Buspray supplies thermal spray equipment, spray guns, plants, flow meters, powder feeders and spare parts for professional and industrial use. Product photographs are representative. Minor colour, finish, packaging or manufacturing variations that do not affect function may occur.
2. Product selection and compatibility
Customers must verify the equipment model, SKU, part number, wire size, fuel gas and other technical requirements before ordering. Our team can assist before purchase, but the customer is responsible for the final selection unless Buspray confirms compatibility in writing.
3. Prices and minimum order
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and may change before an order is paid. The minimum online purchase is USD 200 unless a product page or written quotation states otherwise. Taxes, shipping, customs duties and import charges are handled as described at checkout and in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
4. Orders and acceptance
An order is accepted only after successful payment, stock verification and order confirmation. We may contact the customer to confirm technical details, quantities or destination information before dispatch. If an ordered item cannot be supplied, we will offer an alternative, revised delivery date or refund.
5. Payments
Razorpay payments have a 0% Buspray transaction surcharge. Payments through PayPal and PayPal-powered card checkout carry an 8% processing fee, clearly shown before payment after shipping is calculated. Banks, card issuers or currency providers may apply their own charges.
6. Cancellation and changes
Order changes or cancellations should be requested before dispatch. Orders already dispatched, manufactured to order, specially procured or customized may not be cancelled except where required by applicable law.
7. Shipping and delivery
Delivery dates are estimates, not guaranteed deadlines. India orders are normally delivered in approximately 3 business days after dispatch. International orders are normally delivered in approximately 5 business days after dispatch, excluding customs clearance and destination delays. Full details are in the Shipping & Delivery Policy.
8. Inspection, returns and refunds
Inspect the parcel promptly. Damage, shortage, wrong item or visible defect should be reported within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and clear photographs or an unboxing video. Approved returns and refunds follow our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable right under applicable consumer law.
9. Warranty and technical support
Only the written warranty stated on the relevant product page, quotation or invoice applies. Warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects and does not cover normal wear, consumables, incorrect installation, contamination, wrong gas or wire selection, accident, alteration, misuse or operation outside published requirements.
10. Safety
Thermal spray products must be installed and operated by trained personnel using suitable ventilation, gas-handling procedures, personal protective equipment and the applicable manual. The purchaser is responsible for local safety, environmental and regulatory compliance.
11. Intellectual property
Website content, product photographs, graphics, catalogues and Buspray/Balaji Udyog branding may not be copied, resold or commercially reused without written permission.
12. Liability and force majeure
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buspray is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, production loss or delay caused by carriers, customs, natural events, government action, strikes, network failure or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. Liability for an accepted claim will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product, except where law provides otherwise.
13. Governing law and contact
