No returns or exchanges
All sales are final. Buspray does not accept product returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect customer selection, compatibility errors, wrong model, SKU, part number, wire size, fuel gas, specification, used products, opened products, custom-made items, specially procured items or consumables. Please verify all technical details before ordering.
Wrong, damaged or defective supply
If an item arrives damaged, is visibly defective, or is different from the confirmed order, notify Buspray within 48 hours of delivery. Send the order number, SKU or part number, quantity, and clear photographs or an unboxing video to support@buspray.com.
Resolution after review
Do not send any product back without written authorization. After review, Buspray may provide technical guidance, replacement parts, repair, a replacement product, credit or refund, as appropriate. Any remedy for an accepted wrong, damaged or defective supply is handled only with Buspray’s written approval and is not a general return or exchange service.
Customer selection
Products ordered with the wrong model, SKU, wire size, fuel gas or other specification are not eligible for return or exchange. Contact the technical team before purchase whenever compatibility is uncertain.
Shipping and refunds
When Buspray confirms that the wrong, damaged or defective item was supplied, Buspray will provide written instructions for the approved resolution. Refunds, where approved, are processed to the original payment method after review. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable right under applicable law.
